Amsterdam Coffee Shop

im working on my power point for a coffee shop i started as my final business project for school.

im going to have computers and live entertainment
i have two questions
how much should i pay my entertainment
such as local music people, like up and coming starts
or should they pay b/e im helping them get known

and my 2nd question is
what would you like to see in a coffee house
i want mine to stand out.

Im visiting Amsterdam and would like to know what coffee shops usually don’t card you or sell to people under 18.

Ok, it had like no window,like where the window should’ve been there was just nothing,and this streched across the whole front of the shop, and just inside, there were people on this sofa type thing that circled around this big pipe thing with a tube coming out of it…

That’s all I can remember, not the best description but if ANYONE knows that would be so great!!!!!!

I know what is it but I want to see what the general public thinks it is. I am debating on putting up visual signs in my cofee shop to show what is it verses a Latte. I know most of the time when people say cappuccino they mean Latte. Even at that a latte is pretty boring without a flavor. It seems every thinks these drinks already come with some kind of flavor. Boy are they dissapointed “this is all milk” ahaha

we said to meet up outside the cofee shop and shes there and so am i but we cant see eachtoher! we tried refreshing the page and we r in the same server! anyone know why thats happenening? and i can see other people but i cant see her or my other friends

the people who are behind the counter at a cofee shop making the drinks, what job position is that called professionally???

Hi everybody, my mother is currently looking into opening a coffee shop. She doesn’t have the capital to put down in order to open up a competitive place. Does anyone know of any banks that specialize in start up loans like this or any government grant programs? Also, what are your thoughts on going the franchise route vs. independent? Right now she’s leaning more towards purchasing a franchise which I feel is the smart way to go but I always like to get a feel for what other people think. Thanks folks!
