Amsterdam Coffee Shop

Just informed that most of coffee-shops in Amsterdam are getting closed, in other words it’s not legal anymore to sell soft drugs (Hash, Mari, Magic Mash.) Is this right??? If they’re doing so, I’ll be changing the whole plan of going to Amsterdam!!!

I would like to know the best coffee shops to visit in Amsterdam. What I mean by the best, is that I would like to know which one has the best deals and best quality “products” because I am going for my 18 birthday and I want to live the way you can only live in Amsterdam

I herd that because of the EU smoking laws, Holland was no longer selling weed legally to tourists. I would like to actually go to a hash bar when I’m there next. I have American ID but can get french or english what would be best.
