I am currently get my BFA in Photography. I love photography, but I am afraid that I wont have a good career in this. My new dream is to open a coffee business, but I don’t want to start all over in college. Plus I am not sure on the best place to open one. I don’t really want to open one in a huge city, since there are so many around. Any suggestions would be great.

Is the economy and talks of a recession keeping people away from buying high-end coffee? Or is the coffee business recession free? I’m looking at buying a coffee shop and am curious to see if people are still spending on gourmet coffee.

Yes, I do need a consultant in setting the menu also my concern is finding a good operating system that controle inventory and sales in extrem details to avoid theft and waste.
