    1. get a name
    2. find a place
    3. figure out how much money it will take for the place including paint furniture appliances
    4.get a loan after figuring out that way they take you more serious because you will have a plan
    5. get all thestuff you will neeed
    6.get employes

    Contact your bank and find out whether you are able to take out a loan (if you need to) and discuss with a financial adviser things like income and money stuff…
    Find a suitable location, preferably away from potential competition, especially major places like Starbucks or Costa, etc.
    Decorate in neutral colours with comfy seating like sofas and squishy chairs.
    Find a supplier and advertise in local papers, on streetlights, in shop window.
