hi every body! i have recently bought a small franchise coffee shop we ( i & the seller) signed an agreement to close the agreement by 12th of april and the seller was responsible to do some renovating job on the store we delayed the closing 2 times but the renovation is not still finished! i really fed up from arguing with this problematic seller every day but i can’t make it out of the agreement (i already paid about 20000 $ for the purchase) any body knows if i can make it safe out of the agreement or rush the seller to close the agreement and provide me with the documents i need to close?

My friend Oanh is near Da Lat city, in Lam Dong province, in south central Viet Nam. I would like to help her to find an NGO in Viet Nam that does microfinance and begin the process of refining her small business plan and applying for a micro loan. I am asking for help in finding NGOs engaged in microfinance in Viet Nam as well as in finding similar NGOs that help poor women not only to obtain a micro loan, but also assist them in the planning and launching of their small business. In Oanh’s case, her goal is to open a small coffee shop which would allow her to support her immediate family — a younger sister and their father, neither of whom are able to work at present — in a dignified and responsible manner. My wish is to help my friend Oanh pursue her goal, thereby allowing her to support her family in a positive manner. I’m new to micro loans in Viet Nam and would welcome any guidance offered which will allow me to help a dear friend and special woman in Oanh. Thank you!

Ok, it had like no window,like where the window should’ve been there was just nothing,and this streched across the whole front of the shop, and just inside, there were people on this sofa type thing that circled around this big pipe thing with a tube coming out of it…
