Our only Gloria Jeans franchise shop in the state closed down! Just when it was time for our favorite seasonal drink, the pumpkin spice chiller! I’m jonesing for it right now, and I would love to try to replicate it at home.
It’s not at all like the Pumpkin Frappuccino at Starbucks, or the pumpkin pie ice blended from Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
If you think you know the recipe on how to make the Gloria Jeans’ version of the pumpkin drink, please share! Would be great if a Gloria Jeans’ employee would enlighten me…

i want to know about expresso cofee machine, with this information i want to start the coffee shop
Our magazine is going to do an article called “Coffee Wars” and will feature 5 coffee shops in each city, Dallas and Houston.
The criteria is they must be “business friendly” and cannot be a franchised shop, i.e Star***** etc.

Don’t worry I’m not really creating a line of coffee shops it’s just for this business role playing blog.
The shop is already open but I just “inherited” it and have no idea how to draw in people. I don’t drink coffee. Please help. It used to be a tobacco shop too but I quit selling cigarettes with the new taxes just no money in it. I am waiting for final improvements for health dept. Should I have music or poetry? Small town but does have a community college. Should I sell bakery and cheesecakes?
